2022 Munster Junior tournament U16 1st prize winner in Con Kirby(Limerick) with his U16 prize perpetual trophy. Con beat George Stack from Limerick in their rd 5 game to decide the Combined Section winner. So Con was awarded the Under 16 Munster trophy.
2022 Munster Junior tournament joint 2nd overall and U14 prize winner George Stack(Limerick) with his Under 14 trophy and Shield. George is a fast learner and has made rapid improvement in his chess over the past 3 years.
2022 Munster Junior tournament joint 2nd overall prize winner Mark McGrath(Cork) with his U16 2nd place trophy. Mark is one of the rising young players from Cork chess club.
